Deputies say a 39-year-old Honeoye man was arrested after an investigation revealed that on October 20th he slapped and verbally abused a 12-year-old child. Bryan E. Montgomery, 39, of Honeoye is accused of slapping a 12-year-old and verbally abusing the child for 30 minutes. The Watkins Glen Police Department reports the arrest of William M. Haischer, 36, of Watking Glen after an investigation into the theft of items from a business. It began as a simple vehicle infraction on Friday when Ronnie Britt, 26, of Rochester was stopped for No Plate Lamp on East Union Street.
